Veossiphy - Commissioned Original Character

This dragoness here is named Veossiphy and she is an Original Character by Todd on Twitter!

She is somewhat of an outcast, she's smaller than most full grown dragons, but has psychic powers which she channels through her silver headpiece! A bit egotistical and haughty, she struggles with this sense of greatness but also being seen as less by her dragon bretheren. A complex character is always fun to work on! ^^
